Warranty Coverage
We provide a 12-month warranty or 10,000 kilometers from the date of installation.
The warranty covers:

●Manufacturing defects
●Abnormal shifting caused by internal component issues
All units are rebuilt to OE standards and 100% functionally tested before shipment to ensure stable and reliable performance.
Warranty Conditions
The warranty is valid under the following conditions:
●Proper installation by qualified technicians
●Use of recommended transmission fluid
●No external damage, misuse, or improper modification
●Normal operating conditions
Damage caused by incorrect installation, electrical system faults, accident, or improper maintenance is not covered.

Vehicle model and VIN Installation date
Detailed description of the issue
Photos or videos if available
After-Sales Service Process

Step 2 – Technical Evaluation
Our technical team will analyze the issue and provide troubleshooting guidance within 24–48 hours.
Step 3 – Solution Confirmation
If the issue is confirmed as a warranty-covered defect, we will offer one of the following solutions:

Repair compensation (upon agreement)
Step 4 – Core Return (if required)
Defective units may need to be returned for inspection before final settlement.
